SR Network Systems Private Limited ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use AirFi: Fleet Management and AirFi: Vehicle Management (collectively referred to as "the App").

2. Information We Collect

We do not collect, store, or share personal information through this mobile application.

The application does not request access to:

• Location
• Camera
• Contacts
• SMS or Call Logs

3. Permissions We Request

Microphone Access

The app requests microphone access solely for the Talkback (two-way intercom) feature, which allows fleet managers to communicate with drivers in real time through the vehicle's dashcam device.

• Audio is transmitted directly to the vehicle device and is not recorded, stored, or sent to any server.
• Microphone access is only active while the Talkback session is in use.
• Users may revoke microphone permission anytime via device settings.

Storage / Gallery Write Access

The app requests storage write access to allow users to save downloaded videos and images (such as dashcam recordings, playback clips, and event snapshots) to the device gallery.

• Files are saved only when the user explicitly initiates a download.
• The app does not read, scan, or upload any existing files from the device storage.
• Users may revoke storage permission anytime via device settings.

4. Notifications Permission

The app may request permission to send push notifications.

Notifications are used only to:

• Provide important vehicle and driver safety alerts
• Send service-related updates
• Improve application functionality

Notifications are not used for advertising, tracking, or selling user data. Users may disable notifications anytime via device settings.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share user data with third parties.

6. Data Security

Since we do not collect personal data within the app, no personal user information is stored on our servers. All video and audio data is transmitted directly between the app and the fleet devices.

7. Children's Privacy

Our application does not knowingly collect data from children under 13 years of age.
