SR Network Systems Private Limited ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use AirFi WorkFlow (referred to as "the App").

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to provide the App's features, as described below.

The application does not request access to:

• Contacts
• SMS or Call Logs

3. Permissions We Request

Location Access (Precise & Approximate)

The app requests location access to track field staff location for attendance check-in and live field visibility, helping supervisors monitor attendance and on-ground activity.

• Location data is used only for operational purposes within the App, such as attendance check-in and live field visibility.
• Location data is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties.
• Users may revoke location permission anytime via device settings.

Background Location / Foreground Service Location

The app may continue recording location while it runs a visible ongoing task (live tracking), even when the screen is off or the app is not in the foreground.

• Background location is used solely to maintain continuous live tracking for the duration of an active field task.
• A persistent notification is shown whenever the foreground location service is running, so users are aware tracking is active.
• Users may stop background tracking at any time by ending the active task or revoking location permission via device settings.

Camera

The app requests camera access to capture photos during installation/completion reports and field tasks.

• Photos are captured only when the user actively uses the camera within a report or task.
• Captured photos are attached to the relevant report and synced to our servers as part of that report.
• Users may revoke camera permission anytime via device settings.

Microphone Access

The app requests microphone access for in-app media capture — recording video or audio as part of a field report.

• Recorded media is attached to the relevant report and synced to our servers as part of that report.
• Microphone access is only active while media is being recorded.
• Users may revoke microphone permission anytime via device settings.

Storage (Read/Write)

The app requests storage access to save and attach photos and files to reports.

• Files are read, written, or saved only when the user explicitly captures or attaches media to a report.
• The app does not scan or upload existing files from device storage beyond what the user explicitly selects or captures.
• Users may revoke storage permission anytime via device settings.

Internet & Network State

The app requires internet access to sync data with our servers, such as reports, attendance, location updates, and task status.

• Network state is checked only to determine connectivity for reliable syncing.

Battery Optimization Exemption

The app may request exemption from battery optimization so that location tracking is not stopped by the operating system while running in the background.

• This exemption is used only to maintain reliable live tracking during active field tasks.
• Users may revoke this exemption anytime via device settings.

Vibrate / Wake Lock

The app uses vibration for notification alerts and wake lock to keep the tracking service active while a field task is in progress.

4. Notifications Permission

The app may request permission to send push notifications.

Notifications are used only to:

• Alert users about assigned tasks, approvals, and updates
• Send service-related updates
• Improve application functionality

Notifications are not used for advertising, tracking, or selling user data. Users may disable notifications anytime via device settings.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share user data with third parties.

6. Data Security

We collect and store only the data described in Section 3 above, including attendance check-in location, live tracking location during active field tasks, and report content (photos, videos, audio, and files) attached by the user. This data is synced to our servers to support task and attendance workflows. We take reasonable measures to protect this data and do not use it for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond the operational features described above.

7. Children's Privacy

Our application does not knowingly collect data from children under 13 years of age.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Updates will be reflected on this page with a revised date.
